The Moscone Center is the largest convention and exhibition complex in San Francisco. Named after George Moscone, a former mayor of San Francisco, the venue was initially constructed in 1981 as a single hall—Moscone South. Today the complex encompasses Moscone North, Moscone South, and a three-level Moscone West exhibition hall.
